Waste management is a problem for small communities. For that reason, we raise awareness on how to reduce waste by using the three R’s. Reduce, reuse, and recycle. But changing old habits is our biggest problem.

Medang Island is home to several thousand inhabitants. Plastic pollution is rife. To address this situation teachers and community leaders on the island initiated Medang 4 Change.
